Artur Abinov

Artur Abinov was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. He was educated in the UK and holds an MSc in Environmental Economics from the University of London. Artur heads up Macro-Advisory’s regional office in Tashkent.

He has been working in the Eurasia region for 10 years. His roles have ranged from policy work on energy efficiency and reducing carbon initiatives on climate security teams to business development and market research for the trade section at the British Embassy in Moscow.

Prior to joining Macro-Advisory, Artur held the position of Regional Manager for Russia and Eurasia at Export Development Canada, an export credit agency. He also worked in the international marketing department at Interfax, focusing on the promotion of compliance and financial markets instruments solutions in Russia and the CIS.
